We are looking for a Customer support Intern who is eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing AI biotech startup. This role is ideal for final-year students or fresh graduates with 3-5 months of relevant
Responsibilities
- Inquiry Handling & User Communication: Promptly respond to user inquiries, questions, and issues through various communication channels (Email, Chat, Social Media, etc.) to maintain excellent response speed.
- Webinar Attendee Follow-Up: Engage with webinar attendees post-event, gather their input, distribute follow-up materials, and nurture leads to boost user adoption.
- Onboarding Support & User Experience: Guide new users through the onboarding process, providing necessary documentation and troubleshooting basic issues to ensure a smooth first-time experience.
- CRM & User Database Maintenance: Keep the CRM system updated with precise user details, interactions, and statuses to ensure data integrity.
- Feedback Collection & Documentation: Actively collect user feedback, identify common pain points, and document them systematically to help the team improve our services.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal teams to escalate user feedback and resolve issues effectively, directly contributing to user experience optimization.
Qualifications
Must have:
- 3–5 months of relevant experience in Customer services and related fields (internship or part-time accepted).
- Available to work full-time (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
- Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiar with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and design tools like Canva.
- Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn in a startup environment.

- Internship allowance: 4,000,000 – 5,000,000 VND/month. Lunch provided
- Workplace: 45-47 Tran Xuan Soan, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi
- Working days: Monday – Friday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
