Growth Engineer Intern

This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and growth. The work is to take marketing, sales, and growth ideas and turn them into things that actually run: scripts, landing pages, automations, sequences, and where needed, front-end work or growth features. If an idea can't become something real and usable, it's not done yet.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain landing pages and other growth-facing tooling
- Ship front-end work or growth features when an idea calls for it - not just marketing pages, but things that touch the actual product experience
- Set up and maintain PostHog: event tracking, funnels, session recordings, basic experiments
- Automate manual marketing/sales workflows - outreach sequences, data pulls, lead enrichment, small internal agents
- Run growth experiments, track results, report findings
- Turn raw analytics data into something usable for decisions
- Reports dually to the CTO (engineering direction) and the Product Manager (product/growth priorities)
Qualifications
Must have:
- Undergraduate, 2nd - 4th year, CS/IT/Data-adjacent or self-taught with demonstrable work
- Programming foundation: HTML/CSS/JS at minimum, ideally some Python or JS/React - enough to build a front end, not just configure one
- Interested in product thinking and growth mechanics, not only in writing code
- Able to take an ambiguous initiative and produce a working first version without a full spec
- Evidence of fit: something built and shipped independently (script, bot, side project with a real front end), some experience connecting tools/APIs, basic familiarity with analytics concepts (funnels, A/B testing)
