Marketing Intern
Responsibilities
1. Social Media Content Preparation:
- Support the creation, editing, and scheduling of engaging content (copy, images, short videos) across social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
- Monitor social media channels, interact with the audience, and respond to community comments/messages.
2. Campaign Coordination:
- Assist in planning, executing, and tracking the progress of various marketing campaigns as assigned.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and deadlines are met.
3. Webinar Materials & Management:
- Prepare promotional materials, presentation slides, registration forms, and follow-up emails for webinars and online events.
- Assist with technical setups and coordination during live webinars.
4. Marketing Assets Development:
- Support basic design or copywriting tasks for sales kits, flyers, newsletters, and other brand assets.
- Gather data and prepare basic reports on marketing performance metrics.
Qualifications
Must have:
- 3–5 months of relevant experience in Marketing (internship or part-time accepted).
- Available to work full-time (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
- Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiar with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and design tools like Canva.
- Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn in a startup environment.
