Roles & Responsibilities
Marketing & Social Media
- Content Creation: Produce engaging, insightful content tailored specifically for young scientists, researchers, and biotech practitioners across platforms like Discord, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Community Enablement: Support day-to-day social engagement, build brand awareness, and foster active discussions within the AI4Life scientific community.
User Support & Onboarding
- Inquiry Handling & User Communication: Promptly respond to user inquiries, questions, and issues through various communication channels (Email, Chat, Social Media, etc.) to maintain excellent response speed.
- Feedback Collection: Actively collect user feedback, identify common pain points, and report them promptly to help the team improve our services.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal teams to escalate user feedback and resolve issues effectively, directly contributing to user experience optimization.
Qualifications
Must have:
- 3+ months of relevant experience in Community building, Online events, Social media marketing and/or related fields (internships, non-profit or part-time accepted).
- Available to work full-time (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
- Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiar with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and design tools like Canva.
- Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn in a startup environment.
