Nanyang Biologics is building the AI layer for the future of drug discovery: an agentic platform to help researchers go from target to candidate faster than ever before. What used to take labs months of manual screening, we're compressing into minutes, giving scientists across the world the power to explore chemical space at a scale that was never possible before.
We're hiring a Product Growth Associate to be an integral part of that mission: Sitting at the intersection of product and growth, shaping how researchers discover, adopt, and stick with Vecura. You'll run the campaigns that bring the platform to more scientists, help shape what we build next, and keep the data that guides every decision clean and trustworthy. This isn't a support role on the sidelines, but a seat close to the core levers of product and growth.
Responsibilities
Growth & retention campaigns
- Run adoption and retention campaigns end-to-end: setup, launch, monitoring
- Track campaign performance against defined metrics; flag what's working and what isn't
- Propose and test iterations to improve activation, retention, and conversion
Product analytics operations
- Maintain and QA product analytics tracking, event instrumentation, dashboards, data accuracy
- Monitor key metrics and surface anomalies or gaps to the product team
- Support ad hoc data pulls and reporting requests
Product backlog support
- Help structure and groom the product backlog (intake, prioritization inputs, ticket hygiene)
- Turn feedback, data, and stakeholder input into clear, well-scoped backlog items
- Keep backlog documentation organized and up to date in Jira
Qualifications
Must have:
- 1+ year of experience in product marketing, digital marketing, or business analyst roles
- Strong analytical thinking, which means comfortable working with data to inform decisions
- Meticulous and detail-oriented, especially with tracking and documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Vietnamese
- Fast learner, proactive, comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities
- Graduate of a top university, with strong extracurricular activities preferred
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with product analytics tools (PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar)
- Experience with Jira or similar project management tools
- Interest in life sciences, biotech, or SaaS products
