Recruitment Executive
Operations
We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Executive to join our HR team in Hanoi. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for both IT and non-IT positions, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Back Office roles,... The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and passionate about connecting talented individuals with the right career opportunities. This is a full-time position based in our Hanoi office.
Responsibilities
1. Recruitment
- Receive hiring requests from departments and develop recruitment plans based on workforce needs.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both IT and non-IT positions (including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Back Office,...)
- Source candidates through various recruitment channels, post job advertisements, and conduct resume screening.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct candidate communications throughout the hiring process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Track recruitment progress and prepare hiring reports for management.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases, candidate records, and HR documentation.
2. Other HR Operations
- Facilitate onboarding activities, including new hire orientation and handover to relevant departments.
- Support the coordination of internal training and employee development programs.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, company events, and culture-building initiatives.
- Support internal communication activities and the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support other HR-related activities and projects as assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications
Must have:
- Bachelor's degree or College diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition.
- Experience recruiting for both IT and non-IT positions is preferred.
- Experience in mass hiring for Sales or similar functions is a strong advantage.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Workplace: No.45-57, Tran Xuan Soan, Hai Ba Trung, Ha Noi (From Monday to Friday: 9h -17h)
