Senior Growth & Performance Marketing Manager
Responsibilities
1. Growth and performance marketing strategy
- Develop and execute full-funnel growth and performance marketing strategies for Vecura across acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and pipeline generation.
- Define target segments, campaign objectives, funnel strategy, channel mix, budget allocation, and performance KPIs.
- Participate in go-to-market planning for new product launches, feature releases, ecosystem campaigns, and market expansion initiatives.
- Translate business objectives into measurable marketing plans that drive user growth, qualified leads, and commercial opportunities.
2. Paid media and user acquisition
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across relevant channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic platforms, and other B2B/B2C acquisition channels.
- Manage audience targeting, keyword strategy, ad copy, creative testing, bidding strategy, retargeting, and budget optimization.
- Continuously improve campaign performance across CTR, CPC, CPL, CAC, conversion rate, lead quality, and pipeline contribution.
- Identify and test new acquisition channels suitable for AI, SaaS, biotech, life sciences, and research-focused audiences.
3. Funnel, landing page, and conversion optimization
- Own the performance marketing funnel from ad click to landing page conversion, lead capture, nurture, demo request, trial request, and sales handoff.
- Work with content, design, product, and business development teams to develop high-converting landing pages, lead magnets, webinar funnels, product pages, and campaign assets.
- Run A/B testing across messaging, creatives, landing pages, CTAs, forms, and nurture flows.
- Analyze conversion bottlenecks and implement improvements to increase lead quality and conversion efficiency.
4. CRM, lifecycle marketing, and marketing automation
- Build and optimize CRM workflows, email nurture sequences, retargeting journeys, lead scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle campaigns.
- Develop nurture strategies for different audiences, including researchers, labs, universities, biotech/pharma startups, enterprise prospects, partners, and event participants.
5. Analytics, reporting, and growth insights
- Set up and maintain performance dashboards to track campaign results, funnel conversion, user acquisition, lead quality, and pipeline impact.
- Analyze marketing data to generate insights, identify growth opportunities, and recommend optimization actions.
- Work closely with ecosystem, product, content, design, business development, and scientific teams to align growth campaigns with product positioning and market priorities.
Qualifications
Must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, digital marketing, demand generation, or related roles.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal, equivalent to IELTS 7 or above.
- Proven experience working on performance marketing for technology products, SaaS platforms, AI products, B2B platforms, enterprise software, or other digital/tech products.
- Experience participating in or leading go-to-market strategy, product launch campaigns, demand generation campaigns, or market expansion initiatives.
- Strong full-stack performance marketing skills across paid media, landing pages, CRM, email marketing, marketing automation, conversion optimization, analytics, and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with marketing and analytics tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Customer.io, Webflow, WordPress, or similar platforms.
- Able to use AI tools effectively to improve marketing productivity, including campaign research, audience analysis, content drafting, ad copy testing, workflow automation, data analysis, reporting, and marketing operations.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and make performance-driven decisions.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders,
- timelines, and priorities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across marketing, product, business development, and leadership teams.
- Proactive, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.
- Previous experience in AI, biotech, life sciences, pharma, deep tech, scientific software, or research platforms is a strong plus.
